How do I log in or reset my password?
Use your email and password on the login screen. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How does my free trial work?
Your trial lasts 30 days and doesn't need a card. After it ends, your lists, Inspo board, milestones, goals and wins stay with you. To keep chatting, you can subscribe to Sholo Premium. If you have reached your free limit for any of the functions, you will not be able to add more.
How do I subscribe, change or cancel?
Sholo Premium is a monthly subscription bought through the App Store. To manage or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sholo. Apple handles all billing, so we can't cancel or refund a subscription for you. For refunds, use Apple's "Report a problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Open Sholo and tap [Restore Purchases, in Settings or on the subscription screen]. Sign in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I delete my account?
In Sholo, tap the star icon at the top right to open Settings, then choose Delete account. This removes your account and your data. If you subscribed, cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings first so you aren't charged after deleting. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Something isn't working. What should I do?
Tell us about it in Settings using "Report a bug", or email us with what you were doing, which phone model you're using, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
